Built a two-way sync between HubSpot and Qualtrics, integrating CRM data with customer feedback to provide a holistic view of the customer journey. This integration allowed customer data from HubSpot to be pushed to Qualtrics, aligning feedback with deal data for more comprehensive analysis.
Dashboard Design & Development
Designed a robust, multi-page dashboard in Qualtrics, featuring sections like Executive Summary, Key NPS Trends, Word Clouds, ESR Questions, Implementation Questions, All Survey Responses, Installation Filter Options, Sales Filter Options, and NPS Benchmarking. The dashboard enabled users to drill down by specific time frames, programs, NPS group, region, contractor, and more.
