Koha pet offered a trial pack of their new cat food flavors to email subscribers. I was tasked with building a drip campaign to request feedback to help shape the upcoming product line.
The survey email asked if their cat devoured, enjoyed some, or did not like the new flavor along with a 4th option if their cat had not tried it yet. I tagged the user's response in their profile and split the path for their next email; see the flowchart I designed below.
